Every Itho product is covered by a three-year guarantee, effective upon receipt of your unit

In the unlikely event of your Itho system developing a fault within the warranty period, we will arrange a home visit to repair or replace the product or defective parts - immediately if necessary.

This warranty, provided completely free of charge by Itho UK Ltd, is subject to terms and conditions, compliance with installation and user guidelines and the unit proving faulty during further testing.
