Demand Control Ventilation

DemandFlow is the fully automatic ventilation system from Itho, offering the ultimate in user comfort and easy living.

This DCV system measures CO₂ levels across the home, plus humidity sensors in bathrooms, and determines the exact rate of ventilation required in every room.

If householders are partying until the early hours, DemandFlow stays up with them, optimising ventilation performance. Conversely, when occupants are away, the system adjusts to its lowest, energy-saving level.

DemandFlow is flexible: it can be installed in most newly constructed houses and apartments, is suitable for many large-scale renovations and can accommodate easy design changes, even toward the end of a project. Routing the ducts through the plenum box enables you to add or adjust the position of extract points.
